These Terms of Service govern your use of the Whipair platform. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Platform
Users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
2. Accounts & Roles
Users may register with one or more roles (owner, dealer, insurer, carrier, workshop, lender, short_term_user). Role verification and approvals apply where required.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Platform fees, payouts, and refunds are handled according to Stripe flows and these Terms.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform provides services as-is and disclaims certain liabilities.
